Jeff Barr: Broker of Record

Jeff brings a well-rounded portfolio of real estate experience to Faris Team, both at the management and service level. Licensed since 2000, and Broker since 2009, Jeff has been a consistent top-level producer due to his careful and thorough approach when working with clients. Jeff's experience serving as Office/Sales Manager, Realtor^® mentor, Board of Director and Committee Member with the Barrie and District Association of Realtors^®, combined with his years serving clients, has positioned him to lead a team of top producing Realtors^®.

These qualities, coupled with an eye for systems, statistics and organization, ensure that no detail goes unnoticed. Jeff is an active member of the baseball community, serving on the Barrie Minor Baseball Association Board, and has been instrumental in advancing local baseball initiatives. Being able to spend that time on the field as a coach with his two sons Ryan and Matthew is one of his many reasons for being a volunteer. Jeff is married to Michelle and enjoys time in their travel trailer visiting different areas of Ontario, along with playing hockey, baseball and golf.
